Executive Board Chair
Lead the Executive Board in strategy development and programming execution. Work with staff to determine additional support. Ensure mission-driven vision and stewardship of the CSV Brand. Promote the CSV through events across Vanderbilt and the social impact space. Manage strategy and vision for the future of the Center.

Project Pyramid Chair
Plan and execute our global social enterprise consulting program through identification of partners and potential trips. Focus areas include the Project Pyramid course and international immersion experience. Recruit students to participate and work with faculty and staff to deliver on course and program goals.

Academics & Experiences Chair
Connect students with learning opportunities to enable leadership and career development, introduce the concepts of social impact and enterprise, and engage with diverse perspectives. These events can include lunch & learns, film screenings, panel discussions, workshops, etc.

Impact Investing
Develop experiential learning opportunities across the breadth of impact investing (microfinance, socially responsible portfolios, ESG investing) and social impact venture capital to prepare students for careers in impact investing and catalytic capital. Organize MIINT teams and support through competition.

Brand & Marketing Chair
Ensure mission-driven vision and stewardship of the CSV brand by promoting the CSV to a diverse audience through events across Vanderbilt and the social impact space. This requires maintaining awareness of CSV programming throughout the academic year.

Social Innovation Strategy
Identify key long-term priorities among students and drive innovation within the Center’s strategy. Explore opportunities for program expansion or change within each of the Center’s programmatic areas.

Annual Summit Conference Chair
Plan and execute the CSV Annual Summit. Define the theme and learning objectives, engage with speakers and partner organizations, plan workshops, invite new communities to join, and deliver a meaningful conference.

Immersions Chair
Design, coordinate, and lead student immersive visits in and around Nashville and the United States. Connect with partner organizations and leaders to introduce students to unique impact models and pathways.

Social Innovation Partners
Engage students in designing viable social businesses through training, workshops, and exposure to partners. Plan and execute a social pitch competition – a global social enterprise case competition. Work with staff to maintain organizational partnerships. Connect students to meaningful projects with nonprofits, social enterprises, and women- and minority-owned businesses.
